Charles Burns has a brilliant drawing style, and gives a wonderful turn to the archetype of comic book creep stories in general, but in Black Hole, he expresses 1970's (and universal) teenage angst while at the same time expressing teenage
creep book fantasy. And he's spot on. His sensibility is unique, he loves detail, especially the background--the room behind the action, the things on the ground, the way the trees look. Worth it

It’s so good!! The story, characters, and everything else. The artwork is beautiful. I would say that alone is enough to buy the book
