great book for a knitter's library

I have checked this book out at my library 10 times and I'm so happy now to have my own! This book is just a good reference book for knitting stitches and technique. Some people say it's not a beginners book and that thinking upsets me somewhat....I am a self-taught knitter to an extent...everything I have learned came from books that I could have thought were over my head....but I picked something in the book and stayed with it until I got it...and then, looked for something else. This is definitely a great book to have....and I hope anyone reading and interested will take advantage of such books if you are serious about knitting and doing it correctly.Lire l'avis complet...

Good reference book

Good reference book for the new knitter. I still go to you tube videos for more details. It does summarize the game plan of a video.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! Lots of detailed photos on knitting techniques, stitches and finishing ideas. Very worthwhile reference book for any knitter.
