EP4000 review

Have (3) never had a problem...heavy but rugged...like that...fans are loud but who cares the music is playing anyway. Gave a four star because there is always room for improvement.

How to Blow Speakers

These amps have amazing specifications . I was skeptical at first but this amp took out 2400 watts RMS worth of speakers . Sure I was driving it into clipping periodically normal on the bottom end amp . It melted the voice coil windings off the kapton former . I had a very difficult time getting the copper windings out of the voice coil gap . These were not cheap speakers either . I reconed them and they are back in service but I now limit the input to below clipping . All seems well now !Lire l'avis complet...

The most bang for the buck

I have two of these amps and they perform flawlessly. I use these bridged at 4 ohms to drive two 1000 watt 18 inch subs, each. I like that you can program, from the back panel, the filters, output controls and tailor how these perform under different circumstances. I have always used Peavey amps in the past and they are bulletproof. I hope that these Behringer amps hold up as well. Two years and counting with no problems.Lire l'avis complet...

No power cord and horrible packing job.

No power cord included which was not specified in the item description. The item was also severely bent on one of the rear mounting brackets because improper packaging. Fortunately the item still works as described.Lire l'avis complet...
