Expensive and some of the product is poor quality.
So I was very excited about this product when I found it on E Bay. Read all the reviews. And it got good reviews. But when I took it out to wash it and give it a test run that's when it got interesting. After pouring my liquid into the container and tighten the pump I pumped it twice only twice and the pressure release valve shot out of the side of the canister like a rocket. That part is very cheaply made. So that was the start. And the pump seal leaks too. I was a little bummed about spending that kind of money for something that broke in 2 seconds. You bbq a lot, you'll want this.
In short, it injected a whole pig in no time. I can't imagine doing this project with single injections one at a time.

Good product for big cuts of meat
Already owned the 1/2 gallon version of this for several years and am pleased with it. I bought this
