Best case ever for the Samsung Galaxy S3
Very good case! Well made. Solid protection. Comes with a dummy phone insert for water testing. The amount of effort required to remove the device from the case assures me that it won't pop open if dropped, and if you've ever had that happen you'll appreciate this!
All the buttons function perfectly in the case, as if the case weren't there at all, but the case gives the phone a finer feel also, easier to hold in the hand. Fits like a glove! Very nice fine feel.
The sound is great also, and the case doesn't interfere with the speaker output at all, while keeping dust and water out. Same thing with the microphone ports, the case is practically acoustically invisible, while keeping water and dust out. As a musician who likes to use the phone for podcasts, this is very important to me, and with other cases I've had to remove the case to get good sound for a podcast, but that's not an issue with this phone case at all.
The only thing that may be an issue for some, is that the charging port is somewhat recessed, and has a "door" with a gasket that seals off the phone when not being charged. The cord that comes with the phone, may not fit this ported opening. However, this was no issue for me, as the phone is quite old, and I've replaced the cord many times prior, so acquiring a new cord for it was only a small issue. So, I waited to use the case until I had a charging cable that could accommodate the opening provided.
The screen protector that comes with the case is fitted perfectly to the case opening for the screen, and applied easily, works well for protecting the screen from scratches, and is easy to keep clean with the microfiber cloth included.
Overall, I'm very happy with this product, and shall likely choose this brand for any future phones I may happen to need to protect. This is the second case I've had for this particular phone, and the previous case left the area around the home button vulnerable, which is where the screen broke while being "protected" by that case... so, after repairing, this case is the new choice, and I love the protection afforded the home button by this case. It has a very responsive touch, and very solid feel, and protects the screen around the home button perfectly, while still allowing the other buttons on either side to be easily accessed.
I give the Lifeproof Nuud case for Samsung Galaxy S3 the absolute highest marks!

Protective case
For those who still have a Samsung Galaxy 3 this case is good. I've used it for 3 months and it has provided protection from drops of 3-4 feet. I put one of those glass screen saver films on screen prior to putting case on. I haven't dropped in water and don't plan on using the camera for underwater photos. All the functions work well with case on, people haven't complained on volume of conversation.
*** If you use headphones, need straight plug not the 90 degree bent type. Some charging cords are too wide for opening the case provides. Other than that, the case does its job.Lire l'avis complet...

I'll Keep It
Good case but some of my phone features are hard to access. mainly the home page button, also the charge inlet is a little more difficult to plug in.

Durable
I have been using this case for my Samsung Galaxy 3. It seems to be durable but I have not dropped it...yet. I feel more secure knowing my phone is more protected with it than with nothing.
