Excellent Game - Much better than the first
I loved Assassin's Creed to begin with, but this one blows the first one out of the water. The economy and merchants and weapon selection just makes this game so much more involved and much more fun to play. The fighting is just the same, although slightly improved. It's always fun to take on a mob of 10 guys and come out on top. I love all of the new features in the game and would recommend it to anyone! Enjoy!Lire l'avis complet...
A wonderful game that every PS3 owner must have
The game initially lacked the action / thrill or something you would expect in an action / adventure game, but the first session is just to prepare you into the game environment. When you acquire your first weapon it heats up, and fully enthralls you. Graphics are awesome, so were the action / adventure. If you have trouble figuring out the next step, check a walkthrough (Google for Assassin Creed 2 walkthrough), but you would rarely need one.
On side note, an HDTV is essential especially to read the instructions and guides appear on the screen, but you would really appreciate when you have it.

Excellent Game
The game was an incredible and much needed upgrade from the first. The storyline was more lucid and vivid. The gameplay was much of the same as the last game. I had so much complains about the first game, however all problems were address with this sequel. However, there is one problem about this game that is very annoying...jumping. For some reason when you are climbing and you choose to jump in a certain direction....it seems to go chaotic and jumps randomly in some other direction. Really Avant Garde!
Wonderful story, and I love how the past melds with the present! Nice storyline, great freedoms in game. Would EASILY recommend this game to anyone who likes a challenge and a chance to play a game however you wish. This game has it all, intrigue, politics, a random killing or two! Whatever you want in a game, this one has it! Not one you'll beat in two days, be prepared to spend some time and enjoy the story and the characters!

I gotta go average here...
I know I'm going to go against the grain here on this one but I really did't like this game. The entire money thing was just wierd, the running was horrible and it just seems like your guy just goes where ever he wants at time no matter where YOU are trying to go. There were also places where I had to get help online just to get through, as I was stuck and could go no further. A Google search will turn up LOTS of complaints about these areas. Also, some rewards are almost impossible to find. I played the first one through and found it an ok game, but this, not so much. I'd give it about 6 out of 10 stars.Lire l'avis complet...

Great game
Great game. The story is a bit more focused than the first game, but still has quite a few twists and turns throughout. I also felt like the amount of back-ground information on people and places was a ton better, as each important person or place has a quick biography on it that you can read. You have to play this game before you die.
I used to own this product, so my past experience with this game was amazing. This is the best Assassin's Creed in the entire series. It changed how open world and stealth can go together. And now I'm going to do a run through with all the games before AC4 comes out.Lire l'avis complet...
Assassin's Creed II (Playstation 3, 2009)
If you liked the first Assassins Creed, you'll love this one. There are more characters to interact with throughout the game. You even get to fly Leonardo DaVincis handglider. One thing I don't like are the jumping puzzles. The controls are basically the same as the first game. Another new feature is the ability to buy weapons and armor, and upgrades. Nice touch. Its a really good Idea is pretty consisten with a second part, not like always here you have a common history in a diferent time
the game have good history and is realy based on the original cities and times, it has a good creative and studing team. also have preatty good sites of view and interesting info about the time.
