Everything is truly amazing about this game. The controls are tight. The animation is beautiful. The engine that allows Enzio to be a medieval parkour master is breathtaking. Your character grips, balances, vaults over every bit of architecture (which by the way is just gorgeous to look at). The plethora of human background characters are done well also. They'll spout off things about jobs you're doing or if you are the thief that's been jacking everyones' coin purses. And while you do not level, gear can be upgraded to improve stats. For collectors, there are plenty of items that are hidden from view that accounted for hours of "search" play time. Action is bloody and fun. There are tons of assassination kills, as well as fatalities while fighting hordes of enemy combatants. Actions have recourse in this game, so it pays to hide bodies. Sharp wits will be in order for the jungle gym puzzles to climb through or by finding solutions to other jobs like tossing money in the streets to create a commotion. assassin's creed

Ubisoft strikes again. This is a great series of games. Assassin's creed 2 is a great game for all third person stealth gamers. The story lines are pretty cool with the exception of the athiestic propaganda. the features in the game are a good upgrade from the first title and there are some pretty cool weapons to choose from. All in all a fun game, although it was pretty easy to beat. Might want to rent this one unless you plan on doing alot of monotonous tasks. Great game, a must have for all Gamers

This is a must play game, even if your not into these types of games. The graphics are beautiful and game play is well done. The story line is magnificent and makes it hard to put down the controller.

Overall Game play 5:
Well made, will keep you drawn in. A good long story with plenty of side-missions and add-on content to keep you playing.
Graphics 5:
Stunning, the scenery is beautiful and some obvious effort is shown everywhere.

Great game

Bought this game and I never played the first game in the franchise. However, I must say this game has exceeded my expectations of it. Personally I find it a lot of fun being able to roam about the cities as you please. Combat is pretty good but it's also pretty easy to defeat the guards, especially when you have more health bars. The game itself is relatively short but the puzzles involved along with the story make it worth it. I'd much rather play a shorter game and be satisfied than have a long game which is a total drag. Best game I've ever played. Period.

Open roaming ... decent plot-lines ... great graphics ... sensibly functioning monetary system ... tough puzzles ... very low "WTF?" coefficient ... very low frustration coefficient. Where else can you collect fine art and get an architectural ed course - all the while slaughtering Christians right ad left without lightning striking you dead? I have only played the beginning I still have to purchase a Ps3 console, But so far the game is better than the first one it keeps you very busy.

CONS: life does not recover on it's own ( I also have to play the full game to write a complete review.

Great

This is a great game, have wanted it since it first came out but waited to get it at a cheaper price. Also needed it since the next one is coming out in Nov. It's a sneaking tactical game if you want, or you can just run around killing everybody. Works for everybody, a game for all. Also it incorporates history with fiction, and they do it very well. Most people mentioned in this game actually existed and so do some of the conspiracies. 5 out of 5 stars in my book. Definitely worth owning.Lire l'avis complet...

Great game, pretty graphic

I don't play too many video games, but of the ones I've played Assassin's Creed II is probably one of my favorite games of all time. The graphics are incredible and the interaction with people and objects is very advanced. It's suprisingly easy to learn all the controls and have a great time. Only warning would be that it has a Mature rating for a reason. Language and graphic violence are abundant.Lire l'avis complet...
