A bit overrated.

My Note 3 broke, so I decided to try iOS. I like the size of the phone but I really do miss the larger screen. The screen is sub HD which even at this size, doesn't look very sharp. The screen also scratches incredibly easily; just going in and out of my pockets have left dozens of micro scratches in less than a month. Otherwise this phone seems pretty well built. The fingerprint sensor is great, and so is the camera. I'm lucky to get through 12 hours on a single charge with medium use, though it charges quicker than expected. Moving from Android to iOS is more difficult than I expected, so I think I will be moving back to android very soon. Lire l'avis complet...

A PERFECT SMART PHONE FOR ME

This phone arrived in a timely manner and is in like new condition. I mainly bought it so that I could sync it with my 3 other Apple devices. It does this perfectly and I was pleased to find out how many things I can do with the phone. While I don't use the Siri voice feature, I make extensive use of the camera, which takes great photos and the music and GPS features. i like the 5s iphone.

this phone was brand new and worked as such for about a month then the battery went bad, probably from sitting unused for all these years - took it to apple and they replaced the battery (for $79) - has been working fine since then - so it was nice to find a new 5s but when you add the purchase price and the battery replacement cost together it probably wasn't such a great deal.Lire l'avis complet...

Great phone, but for a first timer, should have basic set up manual. We bought 3 online, and still are dummies.

First time buyers of IPhones are among the customers purchasing 5S or higher today. It is like jumping into the deep end of the pool with nothing inflatable and no swimming buddy. We p u rchased 3 online books but still can't do more than enter our phone numbers. Larger screen but still a comfortable size for small hands

This purchase was an upgrade from an iPhone 4, and what a difference! It came with an OS 7, same as my old iPhone which could go no higher; however, I was able to upgrade to OS 9.3. Still small enough for my small hands but longer than the 4. making it easier to read, and no need for a stylus, thank goodness. Very touch sensitive, just a little tap is all that is needed.

If you have an older iPhone, I highly recommend upgrading to a 5, or 5s, especially if, like me, you can't afford the latest version available, and/or don't want a larger phone.Lire l'avis complet...

Once again, Apple sets the standards high!

As usual, the iPhone 5s is a solid choice for a smartphone. The upgraded camera from the 5s makes low light environments much less of an issue for this new iPhone, due to its dual flash and larger aperture. The A7 chip in this phone is a 64 bit processor. You won't notice much of a speed difference now, but if you are looking to future proof your phone, this is a great phone to get, because you will notice a difference in the speed future wise when app developers start developing apps for 64 bit. It is in the future that you will notice the speed increase over the older iPhones.

The most significant upgrade to this phone, in my opinion, is the fingerprint scanner. This eliminates the need to put in a passcode every time you want to unlock your phone. In this day and age, I believe every single smartphone user, should have some sort of security on their device to prevent thieves from stealing information off your device. I have tested the fingerprint scanner, and found it EXTREMELY secure, even more so secure than a passcode.Lire l'avis complet...

Minor problems from day 1. Battery not recognizing real % and dying randomly. Then finally just started turning off after being bumped at all. Then finally won’t turn on at all, or charge.
