Iphone 8gb firmware 1.1.4.
I purchase it because i was tired of Nokia's and would like to taste something different. One thing that is a big plus is the user inerface which is of course unique among the other phones. Also the screen is perfect. The touch interface wants a little time to know it but when youre get used to it is very good.
Now the bad things
1. You cant put an mp3 for ringtone unless you hack it
2. The camera is only 2 megapixels
3. You cant record video without purchase a third party application.
4. There is no slot for memory card if you wish to update the memory
5. If you wish to save a dial number on a contact it crashes a lot (1 out of 2 times, at least my phone)
6. The battery is rubbish. Without the wifi enabled with the screen setted to the medium intensity, if you talk a lot it probably wont last till evening from morning.
But of course it's an iphone
Maybe we should wait for the second gen with 3G and the GPS receiver.

Not good
Found it difficult to customize the ring tone toy own preference as it has to be downloaded usins a Pc or laptop don't know how to delete previous I tunes on here can only pick broadband net work at he and not any where else which is quit annoying with 02 my old Nokia phone gets the internet but when I put the sim card in from my old phone in to this one can't get no Internet also blue tooth does not work with this I phone can any one help would be very much apprechiatedLire l'avis complet...
The Apple Iphone
What can you say about the Apple iPhone to somebody who asks you "what is all the fuss about?"
well the fuss is caused by a touch sensitive phone which for the very first time provides you with a smarter, and easier way to use functions that have been on nearly every other phone for years.
The Predictive texting is the best I have ever used, the camera takes clear photos with good depth and colours.
The iPod function is well thought out and easy to use, just turn the iPhone on its side and it allows you to browse through the albums as if you were back in the record shops leafing through the Vinyl LP's (that one is for the older amongst us)
Email services from the major players (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) already preconfigured into the phone, just add your username and password, no more digging around on the internet the elusive mobile email settings.
It has a weather service with a beautiful interface, showing a prediction for a number of days with full colour icons updated by the weather channel
The screens between the services are fluid and fun to use, what a phone.

An Amazing addition to everyday life.
It was quite a while since I started thinking of changing my mobile phone. After having half a year of conciderations of different options, I have decided, that the most affordable and the most exciting buy would be an iPhone for me. Which came out to be true.
I really love the possibility to browse web, play movies/music, show pictures to my friends on iPhone. I never spent time clicking phone during a break before, and now it is becoming a habit and a way to push time forward, which is a great indication of a phone appreciation.
That's about it. Looking forward to new releases of iPhone.

Apple iPhone (8 GB) Smartphone
Looking for a phone combined with an ipod and a great way to view photos, access Facebook and other websites and to play games - that is how we started our search which brought us to the Apple Iphone. Not needing the extra cost or the requirement to own the latest version we plumped for the 2G version.
Its been in use for about 2 weeks now and the only bugbear is the when calls are received the level of the "ring" even when on full volume can still be a little quiet.
All other functions for which it was purchased work extremely well - I hope that is not tempting fate but it has, to date been a great purchase.Lire l'avis complet...
My iphome
The iPhone is a very easy phone to use I think out of the many Phones that I have owned in the past this is the easest one to use, but I was very disointed that it did not have a vidio function.
It can hold a charge for 2 days if you only make a couple of calls and charges quickly if you plug it into a wall socket,I had a full charge in half an hour, but it is very slow to charge from a pc.Lire l'avis complet...

guys believe me !!!this is not just a phone!is a small mac with phone!it is very fast,never stuck,instantinius interface,and with too much applications.battery is ok for 2 days or 3 it depends of the use of wifi.this is a real gadget!but this is the one side.on the other side this is the truth:the volume is very low and you will lose a lot of calls if you are always on the roads!the bleutooth is only for ear speakerphone and not for connectivity with other mobiles!so you can not have free mp3 songs in it from other phones only if you connect with computer(pc or mac)also when you call if you dont have answer and there is a forward activation for your call is respondig slow and start usually the voice mail!that means that for 2-3 secs you get the 30 secs charge!and one main disadvantage is that the SAR of the iphone is too high!!!after all this it up to you for what you are looking.keep in mind always this:iphone is really something special ,a high tech gadget and is also and phone!if all this are ok 4u GO 4 IT!!!!!!Lire l'avis complet...

I dont like the 'bluetooth' function of the Iphone. It just does not work... The speakers are too lousy and not worth it!
Overall, it is a very nice phone. There are so many things you can do with it that other phones don't!
I am looking forward for better version of Iphones with more and more functions as well as better sound and a bluetooth that works with all....Lire l'avis complet...

This is an amazing device. i am sure there are some better phones out there but none could have the sheer wow factor of looking at this beautiful piece:) Everything works perfectly, messages are in chat form, calls easy as pie and even learning to type on the keyboard very easy.
