Good value for the money with a relatively unimportant but perky practical problem.

Functionally this laptop is right on. Scratches on case are acceptable. A badly reinstalled and probably cross threaded screw on the underside, that can protrudes and can scratch a table top, is not good. Great MacBook Air

Definitely would purchase again. MacBook Air was in near perfect condition. I love it. Even had AppleCare on it.

Damaged more than expected

Today I received my refurbished Apple laptop. As was advertised, I may expect scratches and normal wear and tear for a computer with a little age. The computer I received had been dropped on the right corner to the point that the top was mashed to the point that the gasket was out and could not be reset in its groove. The bottom was equally disfigured and extremely unsightly. The computer does however start up and load. I want to convey how disappointed I am with the cosmetic appearance of an Apple product, refurbished or not it was an unblemished $438 of my money spent on disappointment. Not a good PC refurbished.

This is a refurbished with 2 year warranty.The curser does not work at times with the slide line on
the side of what I am reading. I would like to return this PC, it needs some work.

Great computer, works good. The only problems are the signs of wear with lot of dents, but overall, 5 star!
