Great Technology!!
Works as described. Insert your SD card, plug it into your phone, up pops all your photos and immediately start transferring your photos. It was that simple. I usually need my tech savvy son's help on things like this. Not this time.Lire l'avis complet

Works well at first
Not sure if it's the unit itself or the memory card I am grabbing the pics off of, but after trying to move pictures, phone just shuts down the transfer and says that the connected device is not compatible. It will move some of the pics, but will require you to remove device, restart phone, and then start over. Even the pics you grab off the SD drive are not able to be edited.Lire l'avis complet

Does what it is supposed to
This adapter was tested on iPhone7 and iPad6 with iOS 12.2. Contrary to some other reviews it works just fine, recognizes SD cards of various sizes (tested up to 64GB) and transfers pictures fast.
The iOS device remembers which photos have been transferred, so next time you connect the card it is easy to just transfer new photos. Photos after transfer keep their original filename and are stored in the Camera Roll. All EXIF info transfers fine.
It would have been nice to be able to also transfer pictures from iOS device to SD card, but this is not possible.Lire l'avis complet

Will not work with IPhone 7
I used it to check my trail cameras and it worked awesome for about 30 seconds. Once I unplugged it and tried plugging it back in, I got the message “this accessory is not supported by this device.” Now nothing at all pops up when I try and use it. Another Apple Accessory
This does what it needs to do. I like the USB 3.0 functionality. I hate the MFI requirement so that something that should cost $10 maybe ends up costing $30 after Apple residuals. I own both apple and Android products. I prefer the Samsung S8 for the reason that I can connect USB devices without much cost / hassle.Lire l'avis complet
