It's possible that more expensive buds over $100 to $200 might be better, but these are good enough for having something to listen to on the bus and train for my commute to work and back. Good quality buds work well for me.
IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED OR I WOULDSN'T HAVE BOUGHT IT. The only issue is that the two ear units don't play well together. Fortunately, I'm not listening to stereo.

Awesome sound quality
Own 2 pr of these. My daughter took over my pr so I bought another refurbished pr for myself. Same exact sound quality as the 1st only nicer cuz I didnt pay as much!! Would definately recommend.

Not bad for the price, but...where's the bass? All treble and mids. And if you use an eq to turn up the bass, it just distorts. Look elsewhere for better sound.
