It's great!

Not as in depth as my anatomy textbook for school but it still serves its purpose and I love how it shows you what muscles you're using for many poses!

I have this.. Good for Yoga students!

I actually got this for free and downloaded to my kindle. It is a good read and great reference if you're in your journey of yoga. Highly recommend it if that's what you're looking for, but if you're looking for an anatomy book for classes, this is not it!Lire l'avis complet...
