11th gen e-ink paper white kindle reader

Replaced a 4th gen kindle e-ink, much brighter and more legible screen. Some of the features such as displaying how much of the book is read is completely different from before and takes some digging and playing to get it to do what I wanted. Great battery life and good access to books with Kindle Unlimited

I have purchased two of these, one for a gift, and they both work very well. The size is good, and it doesn't weigh much like my iPad did when I used Kindle on it. The battery lasts a long time, more than a week, and I read every evening after dinner. I love that I have good access to books with Kindle Unlimited, too. Useful, lightweight, long battery life... but not the same experience as a real book.

I enjoy being able to instantly download books from the Libby or Overdrive apps, as well as the ability to carry such a lightweight device. The screen is perfectly legible. The battery lasts for days.

It is also nice to be able to instantly look up the meaning of an unfamiliar word.

To me, being unused to Kindle, it is a disadvantage not to be able to easily leaf ahead through the book.All I can see is to go one page at a time.

As a reading device, I think this is a valuable item. The price was a little high for what it is. I will use it for travel but I am not giving up real books!Lire l'avis complet...

Love my Kindle paperwhite! It is easy to read and a convenient size to carry in my bag or purse. It is easy to download books and you have the option of buying or just borrowing any book from the Kindle library! Battery life is great! Only need to recharge once a week! Always perform as expected

If it weren't for my dogs' chewing or my own stupidity I would not need to keep buying Kindles since they're a great product for voracious readers like me. I've never had one fail on it's own.
