It was easy to setup; actually easier than the Ech dot I also own. The display and the sound quality are good. Most of the time it understands me correectly, though some of its mistakes are amusing. I’ve linked the Echo show5 to my ring home security system and can see who’s at my front door or around my property at any time; I am also able to control my security cameras and flood lights with voice commands. Best Amazon device I have owned thus far.

The Echo Show 5 works great, The ads that every one complains about are minimal. It does not affect what I use it for. I love the Ambient Visions add-on. You can have everything from fireplaces to fireworks. The sound quality is much better than any of the Dots. The only thing that they could improve on is the limited clock faces. I will most likely buy another one for my house.

Terrific Device With Great Features

Absolutely love this device! It has so many options such as music, time, alarms, weather, intercom between rooms, shopping lists, calling features, and of course Alexa's intelligence for any question. Bought one and loved it so much I turned around and bought two more. Love having it in multiple rooms. Recommend it to anyone.
