An incredible game which doesn't get enough love from reviewers

This is a severely underrated game. It is yet another brilliant and twisted take on the classic tale of Wonderland, following in the footsteps of the original Alice. The artwork and presentation in this game are top notch, while the gameplay itself is very engaging. There are a few caveats which make it less than perfect, for example mouse smoothing is initially enabled which makes the game nearly impossible to use without a controller unless the option is turned off by editing a config file. Also the advanced physics-based particle effects are not available in this game (at playable frame rates at least) unless you have an Nvidia card since the game uses PhysX. Game will not verify online to play

I was looking for this old version that would play on Windows XP like it did in the old days. When It installs it looks online to verify the installation date. It seems that site is no longer there as it will always come up FAILED. Even on a fast XP the graphics are super slow and the curor will onlly creep making that game unplayable. I tried several patchs and changing Windows Clock time and date but that didnt work.
I have this game installed from EA games via ORIIGIN which plays perfectly. on Windows 7.
The game is fun to play when downloaded from ORIGIN but this CD version will not install. Nothing against the vendors who sell this game.Lire l'avis complet...

Great game, Lots of fun

I personally like the Alice games. Having controller support is great. It was a little hard to get started. I had to update Direct X several times to get the sound to work, also had to make changes to several config files to bring the frame rate up.

But once you get this game going... it's great, good story line and lots of upgrades for weapons...Lire l'avis complet...

A very fun underrated game and a real piece of eye candy on PC

Was a fan of the first Alice and I must say this a great improvement from the first, many hours of gameplay with a great battle system, puzzles to solve, and vivid levels to explore. Voice overs of Alice's memories that you recover along with how story line plays of the first Alice help to immerse you in the game. Didn't much like having to have internet connection to activate game, but was quick and didn't take any personal information (other than what it mined from my machine i'm sure) some mild bugs nothing serious mainly graphical corruption on some things, but other than that no real complaints. the controls are very sensitive but i love the game im quite glad i bought this!!! :D i would happily recommend the purchase of this game, the graphics are better than on the first game however due to the sensitivity in the controls it can be difficult to work, ive been told its a better game on the playstation or xbox system. definitely give it a try!Lire l'avis complet...

Game doesn't work on PC's!

I bought this game because I wanted to play it, after playing the OTHER American McGee's Alice in wonderland. I didn't have problems with my other Alice in wonderland game, but I'm having problems with Alice Madness game for the PC! I'm having trouble installing it, on my computer! I don't know what to do. Wish I never bought it, because it just won't play! Don't like this Alice game for PC! Better off buying the Alice game for PlayStation 3 OR Xbox 360!Lire l'avis complet...

Disc does not load

Good if you have a good computer.

good game, does not work very well on my year old computer... very advanced graphics. Very much like the original, just a revamped better version.
