Not for the Bump and run driver

This game took a little while to get used to. If you normally bump and run to jockey for position, you may not like this game, or you may see it as a challenge to better your driving ability. If you do too much damage to your car, you will be out of the race, and it does not take much. You will also take damage if you cut the corners, which I like to do to pass or put extra distance behind me from the next car. Overall, I took it as a challenge and after about the 5th race where I damaged out, I finally won the race, but just barely.Lire l'avis complet...

Finally not another pathetic NFS alike attempt.

Before I got this game, my top favorite was NFS HotPursuit II. Other racing games were just pathetic attempts to copy the masters. Alfa Romeo Racing Italiano though is a wonderful surprise. Although it does not give you the thrill of incredible speeds and the beauty of vistas that NFS delivers, it gives you a solid competitive game experience with very realistic driving simulation. It is similar to NFS, but I would not call it a clone due to interesting ideas this game introduced:
1) Only Alfa Romeo cars.
2) Interesting challenges (speed traps, speed limit challenges).
3) RPG like experience with driver development (gear, skill).
I barely started playing, but already has hours of great entertainment. My kids love to watch me drive these great Italian cars and tracks. Highly recommended.Lire l'avis complet...

Good racing game, Many different Alfa Romeo's

When I bought "Alfa Romeo Racing Italiano" I didn't expect it to be kind of a CarPG (Car Role Playing Game). You get experience points for how you drive. Thay can be used for upgrading your braking response, handling, etc. It's an interesting concept that is fun, but gets frustrating later on. Alfa Romeo Racing Italiano is High Speed Action...and that is a plus. And The dealer is great to trade with...would buy more from this dealer.

For those who like Alfa Romeo, this is a fun game. I just wish it had the old spider. It may and I just may not have gotten far enough into the game.
