Good product but does not support Win 10 or ASUS Turbo Mode
The board works great and is clearly well built. I bought it to replace an aging EVGA LGA1366 motherboard that was dying after 8 good years. I then spent extra $ on a high-speed Intel Core i7 975 CPU only to learn ASUS doesn't support Win 10 for this board. Still, it quite works well as a replacement for my EVGA board. I bought a new board to extend the life of my 24gb memory, processor & peripheral setup a few years and get SATA 6, USB 3 & TurboV capability. In the end, my plan was frustrated because ASUS doesn't support Win 10 nor the native turbo modes this board was designed to deliver. Except for that, everything works very well; so I'm giving it 4 on a 5 point scale!Lire l'avis complet...

Great 1366 motherboard
Was looking for a modern motherboard for an older Xeon CPU. This on has USB 3 and SATA 6 support. Great motherboard.

Nice Motherboard
Replaces identical motherboard, blown by faulty power supply. Very fast, mostly reliable (occasional issue recognizing SSD drive). i980x CPU, 24 GB ram.

Bent pins
Packed okay.. should have had something to protect CPU socket, a few pins are bent on CPU socket.

Refurbished board worth the price!
Replaced my original board that died unexpectedly. After setting up the bios, the board booted right up. Was able to beat (about 3-5%) previous board benchmarks. Did not need the cooler that came with it but had another i7 920 system that benefited from the better cooler tech. Great Motherboard to Run Windows 7
This is my second Asus P6x58D-E. The first one worked for many years. Then the user short circuited it by accident. Now this is the second Asus P6x58-E, and my computer is working great again!
