If you are looking for a succinct readily understandable history of the devil or evil look elsewhere. This work is much to verbose and filled with intellectual gymnastics. Like most "scholarly" works the authors have vast knowledge but do not know how to truly write. I would recommend instead either the history of the devil by paul carus or the devil: a biography by peter stanford in lieu of this inscrutable and arid work.Lire l'avis complet...
