This is a really funny movie. Eight members of a rival mob are murdered, and Tommy Spinelli (Joe Pesci), is transporting the dead guy's heads inside a duffel bag to his boss, Rico (Anthony Mangano), in San Diego. But, a snafu occurs when an identical duffel bag gets mixed up with the one containing the heads, and winds up in Mexico with an overworked medical student on vacation with his girlfriend and her straight-laced parents. One of my favorite movies ever.

As described, delivery as promised. I am sorry for slow review. I have been driving a 2000 mile trip, after much work to winterize our Summer house.

Eight Heads In A Duffel Bag (1997) Joe Pesci

Joe Pesci, (Home Alone 1 and 2, Leathel Weapon films) is Tommy who is trying to get eight heads of murdered victims done in by the mob to his boss Rico, (Anthony Mangano) who is in San Diego. His bag gets mixed up with Charlie, (Andy Comeau) who is vacationing on the Rio Grande with his girlfriend's parents, (George Hamelton and Dyon Cannon). Since we are talking eight heads from dead people, yes, there's some black humor invloved with the characters who are very exaggerated makes it sound painful to watch. However the mix-ups do justice for the film which create some very funny original scenes. Worth the watch if you like Joe Pesci or Danny Divito. Great movie at a great price, a win win for everyone involved.

This is one of Joe Pesci's best dark comedy dramas done in only the way he could and did portray the main charater in this film. Without a doubt the entire cast where truly excellent in this movie and did in fact make all of our heads roll with laughter.
What's not to like about this movie, once you've seen it you must have it and I'm so glad we now do own it!

stupid movie nite

This is a perfect addition to the "stupid movie nite" collection. At one point, the heads start singing Mr. Sandman bring me a dream. Try not laughing at that!

AWESOME MOVIE - GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!

I love, love, love this show. If you want to have a good laugh, this show will do it for you. I was thrilled that I could find a DVD to treasure, because it is so funny!

This show has some scenes that may be considered inappropriate for children (talking heads, throwing Grandma out of the car, etc...); however, all of the scenes are light-hearted and children over the age of 5 should be o.k.Lire l'avis complet...
