Epoxy with a slight flex.

I was searching for an epoxy that did not harden to a brittle substance. All of the other epoxies that I used would become brittle when cured and stress and vibration would cause them to crack, eventually destroying the bond. After receiving this product, I chipped away the old epoxy see from my project and use this product to make my repair. It has performed flawlessly. My repaired product has been in use that for almost a month now with no signs of cracking. I have not used it underwater, but that's not why I purchased it. Underwater - great. Hope it holds. Mixes well, nice smell.

Really good. Seemed to adhere well to plastic steps in a swimming pool that were leaking terribly. We'll find out in a year if it still holds up. Really like this glue. Seems like a winner.
