Works with my wall phone

The 2Wire DSL filter works well for my wall phone. I have to keep landlines because our cell phone service is not that great inside and they work during power outages.

It was easy to install, I plugged in the little cord that was included and it went over my existing wall plate by hanging on the studs that would normally hold the phone. Then I used a 3” cord I purchased separately to plug the phone into the 2Wire DSL filter and hung the phone onto the filter.

It does stick out from the wall the depth of the filter, 1/2” or so and the filter sticks out below my particular wall phone. But, it is in my garage so that wasn’t a problem for me. The important thing is it works and I am able to use my landline.

It is also a creamy color, not white. I guess it could be painted to match the wall. I’m satisfied with the product and glad there is something available for those of us that still have that dinosaur on our wall.
