Brighter for sure !!!

Great bulbs. definitely brighter than my Philips Diamond Vision 130% brighter bulbs. Now, 200% brighter does not mean it has 200% more lumens than a standard halogen. I don't understand the way Philips makes the claim they are "200% brighter", but they are definitely the brightest halogens I have seen/used.Lire l'avis complet...
