Easy to use, does the job well.
One small glitch with how the cable was installed on the spool, easy to fix, but would have been really great if I didn't have to delay the job for 30 minutes until the cable was re-rigged.Lire l'avis complet...

Great value
Purchased to replace original winch on my pontoon boat trailer. Easy retro fit. Did have to drill one additional hole to complete installation. Buy with conifidence.

Don't waste your money and cause frustration when this thing breaks, spend the money up front and buy a better winch
pros- two gear ratio options to choose from. Simple mounting.
cons- poor quality gears stripped after only a couple uses leaving me stranded. It says its rated to 2000 lbs. Don't know where those numbers came from because I never came close to that before the gear let me down.Lire l'avis complet...

Winch w/ strap=fewer headaches.
Cable is 30ft long and not wound up tight from manufacturer. Will kink and distort cable if pinched while winching heavy objects. Suggest unwinding fully and methodically wind back with a heavy object in a spiral pattern. Pain to do! To sum it up...buy one with a strap.Lire l'avis complet...

The gears are very weak
The gears are very weak . Broke after 3 uses. Mounted good but the teeth on the gears broke.
