Great replacement switch

This replacement switch works great and it was easy to install. Didn't expect the painted white arrows on the buttons though. I could've done without those arrows. But it does work fine.

Even though it seems “light” compared to my old one that I paid $70 for, it does the same thing for a fraction of the price. As long as it works, I don’t care if it’s heavy or light!

Not original bad connection

The connection between plug and the body came off in one day. Such a bad power adapter, had to tape to keep it together. Not original Samsung too, just the sticker is original

Controler

Controller looked great, but I had to return it as the chair had more wrong with it that we didn't realize. Return was simple and prompt.

Good for discontinued chairs

It works on recliner chairs Lazy Boy cannot fix or get parts for.

Not good for Lazyboy chairs

Does not work on Lazyboy lift chair, despite plugging into chair's control line. Real problem is probably Lazyboy's unique setup.

Works better for me than the original. Cord is longer and buttons are on a larger box or control. Thank you will be ordering a second one just to be safe.
