Poor quality control

Was unable to get through the setup training instructions as a first time Apple user. On the front case was a very old 2" sticker that was stuck to the cover and would not peel off without leaving the glue still attached to the cover. Very bad quality control.Lire l'avis complet...

Mouse

I could not move cursor without a mouse, that waa not supplied with laptop. Luckily I had one, if I didn't it would have been useless. If there is a button to use to control cursor without a mouse, I would not know where to find it. Not owners manual or instructions on how to use. Everyone doesnt know how to use computers.
