Quality switches

All switches arrived as ordered in perfect condition. Continuity cheched each switch and all worked perfectly as well. The switchs are stiffer than the ones I replaced, but feel they are more heavy duty. Has "Made in Japan" on them though they are shipped from China. Failed in under 3 years

I installed three of these switches in a microwave oven. The problem was with the control board but I changed the switches just in case. One failed mechanically: the pin sunk in and was stuck. Disappointing, especially for "Made in Japan" label. Perhaps this was due to a wound wire spring used in the design (see the drawing in the data sheet). A very good quality switch, however the device did not work for my application. The amount of force needed to snap the switch exceeded the weight of the float device in my washing machine, even with a lever.Lire l'avis complet...
