Love the book please do yourself a favor and get one I did the 10 days for breakfast,lunch and dinner only because before I purchased the book I was doing smoothies but with pineapple juice so the water took me. Good with some flaws

There's some great advice in here and I've already lost a few pounds just from being on it for a few days. I'm on the modified diet, but I don't see how anyone can go without eating fish or chicken and just stick to the smoothies and veggies for 10 days.

User friendly / great recipes

I wanted to do an affordable green smoothie cleanse and this book fit the bill perfectly! She gives you a shopping list for the first 5 days and then for the second 5 days. Each one was delicious!

It WORKS!!!

Although I am only on the 5th day of the cleanse, I can tell a difference in the way I feel, how much I weigh, and how I SHOULD be eating....all in a GOOD way!!! JJ Smith is a wealth of nutritional information and I haven't slept this well since before I had children. I am anxious to see what the outcome is, but I am certain it will be a POSITIVE one!!! How to have a healthy life
