You can at least get in 10 mins or go for more. Each 10 minute workout is different or focuses on different parts of the body!

Enjoyable and worth the price

I enjoy all the 10 Minute Solutions that I have. The instructors make exercising fun! Some moves are challenging but each time I do the exercise, it gets easier.

Love this workout video!!!

Its a great and convient exercise video to do. I aleady lost 5 pounds. Its a easy video to follow that gives results. You can do 10 or 30 minute workout. I live it. Would highly recommand.

it was very fast. also the workout tape is great.. i really enjoyed the tape and the quick dilivery was amoazing also it was not super expensive either so that was nice too.
