Halo geek girl and this is my fav classic!

I have all Halo games and system versions . I have to say this is one of my go to favorites. Storyline and game play is awesome! I start with this then on to Reach. Must have in a collection.

343 LIVED UP TO THE TITLE!

I purchased this product because I am somewhat of a Halo fanatic. I have played and beaten every Halo there is on Solo Legendary. I enjoy the challenge and it is the first shooter I have ever played, starting with Halo Combat Evolved in 2008. I think 343 did every bit of justice for this game. I do not care what anyone says, if you have played the original and you're coming up on a part in the campaign that you can distinctly remember being one of the hardest parts. Such as the Truth and Reconciliation level when you get teleported into the control room of the phantom, and are going against waves of enemys. And you can just flip a switch to return to that same gameplay, That's amazing. I totally enjoy this game and think they left nothing out, and for the price WHAT A STEAL! Still a great game after all these years.

This is the original classic Halo game from the early 2000's, with remastered visuals and sound. Though it's not actually a NEW entry to the Halo series (the latest being Halo: Reach, as of Feb. 2012), the classic is still able to hold it's own as a well paced, action oriented first person shooter and hasn't lost an ounce of it's credibility as one of the best. For those fairly new to Halo, this game will be a good way to backtrack and get acquainted with the mainstay of the series. If your'e a Halo veteran, it will undoubtedly be a cool experience to take a detour back to the game that got you hooked in the first place, all with a new shiny coat of paint.Lire l'avis complet...

Amazing and Nostalgic

A good campaign game with still some room for improvement.

I only play the campaign mode. I liked the change they made to beat down button, except the fact it does less damage than in the other Halo games, like I couldn't mount a wraith and throw a beat down on it and take it over. I did like the extra power the assault rife has. I have never liked driving the warthog and changes could be made there. I also think the cat walks sould have railings. I don't know how many times I fell of a cat walk while fight off an attack. I have seen a cat walk without railings.Lire l'avis complet...
