A minor tweak and they are just what I needed.
Like a previous person said the cable ends were the wrong orientation.
However, this was easily correctable.
Using a small jeweler's screwdriver I was able to take housing apart and spin the plug 90 degrees so that the pins were lined up correctly for my equipment.
For my GP-10 the Pin 13 needed to be in the downward position and for my Ghost pickup it needed to be in the upward position.
Note that this cable has right Angle ends on both ends so if you need a straight plug on one end then this may not be the cable for you.

It is quite cheap feeling. And the connectors are going to fail easily. this will be a backup chord. and the right angles anrent in the right orientation either.....
