I saw the reviews prior to purchase. Most of the contention seemed to be red light coming on in first few weeks and not knowing the issue.
Not for me. The product has been great.
My only wish is that the WET solid clumps (which stick to the bottom of the tray) could be scraped or discarded better. I've been laying a light layer of baking soda down before pouring the Tidy Cats 24/7 performance litter. Seems the lil horizontal ladder piece (Waste Guide) could go deeper, or lay flatter, lower to scrape the bottom.
So other than scraping the bottom for left behind stuck wet clumps.... I'm 95% satisfied.
I'm excited about not having to clean poop daily and NO smell!
