I love this smartwatch. Pity they sold to Fitbit.
I've only ever owned Pebble Smartwatches, mainly because I value the battery life, Android compatibility, and reliable notifications they typically have. I loved the design of the Pebble Time Round, but it's battery life was barely 2 days and recharging it was unreliable. The Pebble Time had much better battery, but was bulkier and would frequently reboot (might be why I got it so cheap as a refurb).
After nearly a month, I can say these have not been issues with the Pebble 2. Sure, I don't get the color screen of the Time, nor the stylish look of the Round, but for sheer utilitarian function in a minimalist, long lasting (nearly a week between charges), and well-built (waterproof) package, I couldn't be happier.
If you are looking to dip your toe in the smartwatch waters, it is hard to beat the last generation Pebble. It is just a shame they will never have the chance to realize the future smartwatch designs they had in mind.Lire l'avis complet...

Great upgrade from the original pebble
I have owned the original Pebble(twice) and the Pebble Time before purchasing this one. I liked the Time a lot but it was a little bulky. Both the original Pebble and the Time had watch faces that scratched real easily. The Pebble Time got so scuffed up I could hardly read it. The Pebble 2 has gorilla glass, a noticeably lower profile and has the features that the time had. The screen is real clear, you can answer texts with voice and it has excellent battery life. Take your eyes off of those fitbits!
I am so happy I purchased this. I have randomly gotten into 5k runs and this is the best way for me to stay active and technologically in-sync. The notifications are so handy at work and the battery life is AMAZING! Please buy this -- you can even text your favorite five people from your watch!

Pebble 2 SE Fitness tracker smart watch
The watch is a quality item. It tells time, date,year, and shows the amount of steps taken and sleep cycle information and logs them daily. It also links with your bluetooth phone and shows messages on its display.
The phone has a good battery life and is quick to charge.
The disadvantages include no heart rate monitor, no oxygen level sensor no bp monitor and you are unable to answer your smartphone using this device. I gave it 4 Stars because it lacks some features .

Simple smart watch with great battery
It has B&w display, doesnt have any fancy features compared to higher priced watches but its good at the basics. The battery lasted 3 days with a watch face with seconds being displayed, 5 days w/o the seconds displayed. You can reply to your text through voice and it usally interprets it pretty accurately to me personally. The band is comfortable and water resistant up to 30 meters so you can wear it while showering or in the pool without having to worry. You can download apps for it on the pebble app. For me this watch has worked so flawlessly, its refreshing for something to exceed your expectations at a low price range. All in all, good, but...
...if you're not used to multiple devices going off at the same time, then this isn't the product for you. It does what it says, works very well, easy to use, unbeatable price and all...but if you have borderline sensory overload, this might push you past the edge. Great Little, Simple Smart Watch.
Even with Pebble out of business it's still usable for now. At $50 it's worth it even if support doesn't last forever. It's the Pebble 2 Android app that is the heart of the functionality of this watch. There are still developers supporting the Android app. As long as the devs continue to update and support the app, the watch will continue to function. Again, at $50 I won't regret buying the watch so long as I get at least a year or so out of it. Battery life doesn't seem to be the 7 days they claim. However, I usually get at least 4 to 5 which is pretty great compared to my Samsung Galaxy Gear. Which didn't even make it through the day. Great Quality Product
I have always dreamed of having an apple watch, but I'm an Android phone guy. When I read about this device I had to have it. It's great because it can be for Android or Apple. It is very user friendly. I hardly touch my phone anymore. I simply look at my wrist. Sure you can't read Facebook or view certain apps. But it gets the job done. The built in pedometer was the feature I mainly wanted it for. When I found out all the other features, I was blown away. It even keeps track of your sleep patterns. Very durable. Excellent watch & battery life
I like this watch because it's close to looking like an apple watch, excellent battery life. But the only downside I noticed is the band, it is so difficult to put it on my wrist and especially to shoot the tiny metal to the holes.
