Great headphones box was opened but item was brand new upgraded from live 500bt so far so good these are little bit more refined and better tuned, ANC is ok , don’t start comparing to sony and bose this is mid tier headphone
Headband is tighter than the live 500
padding is better

Excellent HP the Active Noise Cancelling is perfect has 3 modes. The BT connection is is quick and seamlessly switches from device to device (iphone/ipad). Good headphones
Came brand new. Volume is not extremely loud but this is a good thing where my ears are concerned. Does not fall off my head during weight training. It does what I need it to do.
