Perect HD for laptop backup

This hard drive is whisper quiet and its small size and large capacity for a 2.5 makes it a perfect drive for backing up files..Using a USB adapter cable(see pic) makes it even easier as no dock or other bulky apparatus is needed. Being 5400RPM should make it more reliable longevity-wise. At least,that's what the 'net' says.

my drive

DOA Drive only worthy of a paper weight.

This product was DOA..
I attempted to use it in many PC's and used a couple of Hard Drive Programs to attempt to use it.
Although it would NOT spin up and work.
This product was DEAD ON ARRIVAL.

Nice drive at great price

The drive works as expected, except sometimes it has trouble starting when the computer is turned on. The drive still had someone's personal files still on it and the Windows operating system. I would have expected that the drive was formatted at the least or wiped at best.Lire l'avis complet...

It works, its reliable but its barely an upgrade over a 5400 drive.

Its a solid drive but really offered up no speed over the 5400 drive it replaced.

SSD backup system drive

It's part of an added external system used for backup and storage. System connects and adapts quickly and quietly. Haven't had to address any issues with the drive since its initial install.

Great upgrade for ps4

Bought this used to upgrade ps4 from 500 gb to 1 tb. Easy to do and so far working great. Nice to have the extra space.Used prices are cheap too.

If you have an hp 17-bs049dx laptop this will for it. Just remember you will need to reinstall windows 10. I bought a usb flash drive for 10 bucks. Beats 450.00 hp wanted to fix it for. Thank you.
