A lot of bang for the buck!

This under rated vinyl cleaner does a great job. It's wise to follow the instructions and keep the microfiber cleaning brushes clean, or else they will not be able to do their job correctly. I was shocked at how much crap lies at the bottom of grooves which needs to be cleaned before the vinyl is played or else the fine particles will be embedded into the groove walls. Even a brand new record should be cleaned before playing as there are particles left behind as a result of the pressing process. Easy to Use Record Cleaner for all Sizes of Vinyl

Built of durable materials and easy to use. Drop the end rollers into the slot to accommodate the size record your are cleaning and using your hand push it to roll a few times through the submerged brushes, remove and dry.

The only true benefit to this device which saves no time, no cleaning substances, and actually increases labor over brush or spray systems is that you're not spinning it on your turntable stressing your belt or drive.

It is awkward to move (no handles and a grip defying taper on sides) and store (odd size and you can store unused cleaning solution) and is out of place in most homes from it's glowing yellow color.

The reality however is that you lift a dripping record from an awkwardly spun machine and attempt to dry with lint free towels before the cleaning fluid runs onto the center label. Since it is impossible to completely dry with towels and you have cleaned both sides simultaneously it must be either left standing up to dry both sides or laid down with one side marginally wet and drying significantly slower. While the concept suggests the cleaning fluid and brushes leave no sediment on the vinyl the truth is sediment from dirt, lint and so on is suspended in the solution and some remains on the record after removal from the device and during drying. You now have some dried sediments on the record.

The record IS better than before following cleaning. Buy a professional cleaning system if you can. This is not better than a brush system and does not remove all sediments on the record.Lire l'avis complet...

Good solution for old LP's, keep another bowl nearby...

Functionally everything works exactly as described and it cleans LP's excellently. Its a little pricey for a plastic bucket, but it works. The most difficult aspect is drying off the record after the cleaning. There is no easy way to do this. I found that keeping a large mixing bowl next the Spin-Clean provides some support for the LP at the bowl rim and catches some of the lost liquid as you wipe the LP down with the cloth. Its good to get the 95% of the crud off your records.

I buy a lot of bargain records, mostly original labels with the from Europe like Decca/London records for most of my rock selection. Having this tool to get a majority of the fingerprints, dust, and crud off the surface is good to have. I then if needed I use specialty towel to go any further if needed and replace my sleeves with rice paper inner sleeves with good results. But you must be tedious in cleaning correctly and try to do a max of about 8-10 records per tank since I am in refurbish mode.Lire l'avis complet...

Finally getting my records cleaned better than a sponge w/ dish soap and a soft kitchen towel.

This thing should sell for $20. It does clean records and is pretty simple to use. Should have come with a couple more drying cloth. since most ppl have lots of records, so to do a big cleaning day, you need to leave the cloths out in the sun for a while between drying or have more on hand. Great Product

I tried making my own solution and trying many different techniques to clean my records. I finally purchased this unit after watching many positive reviews. I have cleaned about 30 records (I have about 1,000) so far and can say this is a great product. Records look nice and clean and much of the surface noise that was on records cleaned my old way so sound better. I’m sure I will need to purchase more cleaning fluid in the future and will happily do so. I’m sure spending over $1000 on an ultrasonic cleaner will procure better results, but I don’t live in that realm of financial status 😂😂. If you want your records to sound way better than they did before, Buy this!

I decided to buy this product because I had a lot of old records I purchased at a shop, and they were really dirty. Some had bad surface noise because of this fact. I got this in the mail and immediately used it. It changed my worst sounding (Fixable) record by 3 grades!!! It sounded fair and now it is bordering near mint! Understand, if your record is damaged by a needle it won't fix that problem, but if the surface noise and crackle is strictly because of dirt and debris, this will fix it at least 90-99 percent!
