Great 4 in 1 remote with "glow" in the dark buttons especially nice when you don't want to turn a lamp/light on to change/view channels. Buttons are nice size, not tiny especially if you have big hands/fingers.

Maybe this was just one bad apple.

Had one of these for years. Worked great but finally quit working. Bought this one to replace it. Was simple to set up and seemed to work fine at first. But after that every time I went to use it it would not respond half the time. Some responses worked some didn't, some worked at times but not all the time. Philips universal remote.

Product works well, difficult to program with the Philips / Roku TV I was trying to use it on, but could not make it do what I wanted it to do. Most likely, it was the design of the TV rather than the remote control unit.
Returned the item less postage and restocking charge.
Although it sounds like the product is deficient, I do not believe that it i. Simply, the product was not designed to be use with this particular TV. Therefore, I gave this product a "5-star" rating.Lire l'avis complet...

Rip off!

This Philips remote control was recommended by Philips as one that would control one of Philips' DVD recorders. They LIED. It does NOT control the unit as promised.
