Super fun set to spark interest in Tolkien!

My seven year old & I love love love this set because of all the unique features & cool minifigures. Only bummer is that, despite being brand new in an unopened box & bags, a few of the pieces snapped in two as we were assembling it (all the same brown color, which makes me wonder about the chemistry of LEGOS). Mention this only to caution first-time buyers of unopened sets that pieces may have gotten brittle in the unopened box & break during assembly.- wouldn't let that stop you from playing!Lire l'avis complet...

Awesome affordable

I purchased this set for my son's birthday. He is obsessed with lego and the hobbit so he absolutely loves this! Very affordable too since this set has been retired for a while- other online sellers are asking almost $200 for it used. If you love The Hobbit movies, you'll love this Lego set!

This is a wonderful set! There are many different sections to it. There are parts that move, making it a lot of fun to play with. Well worth the money! Great set for The Hobbit movie fans!

Great value for a retiring lego set

Great item and is retiring soon so I'm glad I found it on Ebay at a great price!
Lots of moving parts and the details are very true to the movie. I like how Lego has improved their colors and graphics on Lego sets. I wish some of these sets came with more of the main characters but I'm happy to get some orcs and goblins every now and again.
Love the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit sets. Lots and lots of detail has been put into the design.Lire l'avis complet...
