Home Base

While not a necessity, I must say that, as a convenience and upgrade, this station is a remarkable home base for my laptop. The added value is exceptional in that the dock offers stability and proper angle to the laptop when mounted. The ease of access to the various input/output connectors is a great addition. My battery charges up faster due to the 135 watt(dock) vs 90 watt(laptop) power supply. One thing I really like is the placement of the earphone/line in jacks because on my laptop they are dead-center in front which places them in my way and in danger; connections on the dock are all at the rear and out of the way. Everything seems to just work better when the computer is on the dock. For the price, I would recommend that every laptop user have a dock, whether working at home, in the office, or both.
