Expired really does mean expired.
Gambled on 4 newly sealed units different orders, all had corrosion on the flexible printed ribbon cable to the print head from leaking ink, the copper contact wires just disintegrated. Do not expect any expired print cartridge to work.

TOTAL JUNK. DO NOT BUY.
Every one of the 4 cartridges was totally ruined, by heat and age I think. Ink everywhere inside each sealed pouch, with a great congealed blob under the tape that protects the jets. All 4 the same. Absolutely no saving any of the 4. Because I did not have plastic gloves, and needed to see if even one survived, I ended up with ink all over my fingers. I took pix, but not a chance I will touch them again to return them. I would have to triple bag them and still they might leak somewhere into the postal system.Lire l'avis complet...

Self-destructing Cartridges
This cartridge type is marked with an expiration date and may or may not retain its integrity. They eventually leak ink because the contact interface to the printer delaminates and the unit becomes useless. It looks like many available units of this type are available, but have expired anywhere from 7 to 15 years ago. Unlike many other products where age is not a problem, these cartridges probably fail with increasing frequency after their expiration date.Lire l'avis complet...

Too old
Unfortunately even though these were never opened due to age they were no good to use. The wires become brittle and break off at the ink head making them non functional. Advice is to not fool with NOS out of date cartridges such as these. I have had better luck with the remanufactured cartridges.Lire l'avis complet...

Reliable printing ink.
Used in an old fax machine only, so I use it only occasionally, but it has always given reliable prints and lasts for an extended period of time.

INK IN ALL CONTAINERS ARE EXPLODED AND NOT USABLE
POOR QUALITY, LEAKING INSIDE SEALED CONTAINERS FROM AGE AND NOT USABLE.
DON'T BUY THEM CAUSE THEY WONT WORK UNLESS THEY ARE REMANUFACTURED RECENTLY.

AVOID!!!! Too Old, Not Useable
BEWARE, Ink crusted on contacts and destroyed connections to the printer... I will not purchase any additional out of date ink carts. Trying to rescue this for use coated my fingers in black ink!

Doesn't work
So far one of them doesn't work it is very clogged up and tried unclogging it. Will try the second one to see if works. I have bought on eBay in past and had no problems!

Bad cartdrige
The Cartridge was non functional with ink leaking from the print head. I had to dispose of it.

Dependable, worth the money in every sense. Works like the original.
This has got to be the best, most reliable cartridge for my aging ink-jet printer. Anything else out in the market are not worth spending money on. I will make sure to order more as a back up.
