Great for testing.
Use this mainly on low power cb and hf radios. Measures 50 ohms with fluke meter. Will heat up with higher power. Works great for my testing needs.

Dummy Load Opek-DL60
This dummy load came apart the first time I used it. It is a poor design where the internal resistor is soldered to the tip of the PL-259, but the 259 is threaded into the heat sink with a small allen screw locking it. So if it comes loose it twists the resistor lead off inside the connector.

Like that the load is nice and compact with the heat sink fins. Good quality that tested to a very flat 1.0 swr.
