Fran Fine - The best nanny in the world

This is the second DVD release of the hit 90's show the Nanny featuring Fran Drescher as her alter ego Fran Fine, the Nanny living with a rich upper-class family in New York.

This season, Fran goes even more crazy than she did the last season. Such as winning a kissing contest with Billy Ray Cyrus, has Lamb Chop over as a new guest for Mr. Sheffields big movie debut, she get's replaced by Brighton in her mothers card playing team and the list goes on and on.

If you are a true fan, you'll LOVE this dvd box. If you liked the first season, you'll LOVE this one. Fran Dresher and the rest of the cast all do have great chemistry in this show, it's fast, it's funny and what's one of the hit ingridients in this show is Fran and her look upon life.
But as that is said, The Nanny has a special humour and some people might not feel it as funny as others. Many say it appeals more to women than to men, but I don't agree!

The only thing that's missing on this DVD box are some good extras, such as more outtakes or commentary by Fran or such..

This DVD is awesome and is a great buy for all Nanny fans or of sitcoms!Lire l'avis complet...

The Nanny ~ Can't wait for the rest of the seasons!

I love the Nanny! Already have the first and second season and just waiting for the rest! As soon as I saw the Second Season was going to be available, I preordered it! Now I don't have to wait up (after my bedtime) or try to rush home to watch it! I can go to sleep watching it every night. The only negative comment I have is the references to hanging because I lost my oldest son that way but I am learning that no matter what show or movie is made, those who make those feel that is funny, which is not! Excellent product and series - well worth the money, a lot of family laughs

This was a brand new set! I remember watching these episodes and always laughed. This show is 'clean' and great for all ages - most of what is on TV these days isn't this type of comedy. Fun to watch, great for family members/kids, and the type that can be watched over and over. A great addition to DVD library - GREAT PURCHASE!Lire l'avis complet...

Mr. Sheffield's accent is charming and he is so loving and kind as he falls in love with The Nanny!! The clean humor is delivered with excellence and perfect timing in the lines.
