Poorly filmed
This is nothing personal to the seller. The seller was great and the DVDs arrived perfect. The problem was in the production of these videos. They are the worst videos I have ever seen. The audio can barely be heard because they filmed it in a dance studio and did nothing for the echo. The color was blury as well. A high school film student could do better then this. Also, I was expecting something different then a vinyasa class. I was hoping they would use the chakras but they didn't. They focused on "trying" to make a vinyasa class sexy, they failed. Cheesy, Fun & plenty of instruction.
Might not be the powder puff production of a high budget movie...but a fun and endearing set that you'll either love or possibly hate. Its not generic and 3 DVD set has instruction so beginners can learn and get into yoga shape quick.Lire l'avis complet...
