Plug and Play in Windows 10 and Linux

I bought this device so I could pass through the device to a virtual machine and have usb hotplug. This works perfectly. I thought I would need drivers but I didn't. Make sure you have a PCIe 4x or 16x slot (it will work with the big slot if you really have to).
