The adapter works great with the CISCO IP Phone 7965 model, that I have at work, I use Ear Buds without any issues.

It departament is retarded

I was told the headset for our Cisco phones was over 300 bucks. With this adapter, you can use any headset. My total cost didn't even break 20 bucks lol
