Very effective finger exerciser
My doctor recommended hand physical therapy due to some problems I was having. While I was at physical therapy, I noticed they wanted me to exercise my fingers with a device called the "GripMaster". I stopped physical therapy due to the high co-pay and bought my own unit to strengthen my fingers. One thing I can tell you for sure is that the "GripMaster" is extremely effective in strengthening fingers. It is built very sturdy and allows a person to exercise all fingers or even only one finger if that is all that is necessary. I really like the idea that each unit has a specified poundage tension strength. With a sponge ball or a Gripper, the tension increases as you apply more pressure. With the "GripMaster", the tension poundage strength stays the same all the way through the exercise. I truly believe that you won't be disappointed.Lire l'avis complet...

Perfect for skills/guitar
