1st unit broke, 2nd unit sent

My first unit kept malfunctioning so the seller agreed to ship out another unit. After receiving the unit, it turned on and stayed on unlike the first one I received, but it does not help with hair at all. Just causes a burnt smell and the heat actually does hurt the skin. I received a rash on my arm from testing it. Not impressed at all. Now I have a hair "product" that doesn't perform as expected....AND I'm out money. I charged it tried to use it and it burned me. The light wouldn't go off and got hotter and hotter. This is a dangerous one. I've owned 3 others. Not sure it can be fixed they should have sent it back for a new one.Lire l'avis complet...

The other one I bought from someone else works perfectly for the same price.

If you are looking for permanent hair removal then this is not it but it is exactly what I was looking for...eliminates small amount of facial hair as long as its done daily for a short amount of time then spacing it out after that.
