Great hearing protection for concerts and dance parties.

These are great because they have three tiers of protection so you can adjust how much sound you block by pushing them in or pulling them out slightly. They are much better than cheap foam earplugs that can leave debris in your ears. I had an infection recently from foam earplug debris. Not fun!

I really love these for live shows and for dance parties. I got turned on to them by friends that gave me their spare pair at the IAMX show in Deep Ellum, Dallas, TX.

Etymotic plugs block enough decibels to make the experience enjoyable and eliminate the ringing you would usually have at the end of the night—all while allowing you to hear sound that isn't muffled like you were under water.

They also significantly improves your ability to hear conversation from another person at the show or on the dancefloor.

I have other friends with money that have paid something like $130 for a similar product because they were sold on the 'tech specs'. I laughed and showed them mine and said I got them for less than $10.
