This book is very basic and easy to read and comprehend. Lots of pictures to aid in the use of approaching this alternative healing method. While used, the book was still in good enough condition to serve the purpose. I chose this type of book due to hyper-sensitivity to all medications. althernatives DO work. I recommend everyone take a good look at their medical health, their methods of treatment. Incredible Resource for self treatment

This is a timeless book that is rich with acupressure protocols for self help treatment of many disorders.
It is well written, plenty of excellent diagrams where the points are, concise definitions of what each potent point does and very clear photographs of how to apply the pressure properly.

Wow really detailed book

Opened it out of the male my husband had a toothache, so we opened it up to points for toothache and it worked. It's easy to fallow, I'm using it with moxibustion
