The boutique quality switch for custom pickup combinations!
If you're upgrading your multi-pickup Strat-style guitar, look into switches from Schaller. They're very sturdily built, with a solid metal frame and a small printed circuit board with solder pads instead of flimsy bent-wire terminals. The action is much smoother than comparable switches.
Plus, the big advantage to Schaller's Megaswitch range is that they allow much greater flexibility in creating pickup combinations (depending on the model). I purchased this particular one to allow me to fit on a Fender Cyclone, to switch between a Vintage Rail and a standard humbucker in both series and parallel modes, offering wider tonal options.Lire l'avis complet...
